Where to Get Vaccinated

All DuPage and Illinois residents ages 16 years and older are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Register for vaccination appointments in DuPage County at COVID-19 Vaccine Registration, or call (630) 682-7400 if you need assistance with registration.  Signing up allows us to contact you as new appointments become available at DCHD’s vaccine clinic or through our partner healthcare providers. Individuals registered with DCHD will be contacted by DCHD or our partners with instructions on how to schedule an appointment.

If you are eligible, make sure to explore all your options to get a vaccine, sign-up on multiple lists, and take advantage of the soonest appointment available. Anyone who does not have access to internet or needs assistance navigating online services can call the toll-free IDPH hotline at 833-621-1284 to book an appointment.
