Billing and Insurance 

As of January 1, 2018, the DuPage County Health Department will no longer be in-network or accept commercial insurance.  We will continue to serve clients with Medicaid, Managed Medicaid or Medicare Part B.

Co-Payment is due at the time of the visit. Co-payments can be paid using one of the following forms of payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash and Check.   

DCHD charges fees for public health services. All clients will be expected to provide payment for the services not covered by insurance or any other funding source.

We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards for payment. A transaction fee may apply. Payment is expected at the time of service. You will receive a statement of any outstanding amount you owe.
