1. Who is eligible?

Adults over the age of 18 who are involved in the criminal justice system and are struggling with substance use (alcohol and/or drugs) are eligible. Additionally, treatment is provided to those with Medicaid/MCO coverage, or with no insurance coverage. Those with private insurance coverage are encouraged to use a provider in the community who accepts his/her insurance plan.

2. What is the cost?

The cost for treatment is typically covered by Medicaid/MCO. If someone is not eligible for Medicaid/MCO, income will determine eligibility for treatment to be reimbursed by one of our state contracts. A sliding fee schedule based on national poverty guidelines is also available for non-insured, DuPage County residents.
