Yes. The Nurse will provide you a list of doctors whom you can choose from in the area. We also have obstetrics (OB) doctors at a few of our locations, and you can ask the Nurse to help you schedule an appointment at those offices.

Yes. The Nurse will follow you until 6 weeks postpartum. After that, you can be enrolled in the Family Case Management program or Healthy Families program.
