The DCHD Community Vaccination Clinic at 111 N. County Farm Road in Wheaton offers COVID-19 vaccines to persons 12 years and older. Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them. Learn more at www.dupagehealth.org/covid19vaccineclini.
Care Van Schedule 7-3 thru 7-17-21 (JPEG)
