New Stay at Home Executive Order 2020-32 April 30, 2020
Gov. JB Pritzker has extended the statewide stay-at-home order through May 29. When venturing out for essential services, the governor’s order requires people older than 2 years of age to wear a face covering anytime they are unable to maintain 6 feet from others.
Governor Issues Disaster Proclamation April 30, 2020This proclamation will assist Illinois agencies in coordinating State and Federal resources, including the Strategic National Stockpile of medicines and protective equipment, to support local governments in preparation for any action that may be necessary related to the potential impact of COVID-19 in the State of Illinois.
DuPage County Declaration of Disaster March 15, 2020Daniel J Cronin, County Board Chairman of the DuPage County Board, has proclaimed that a State of Disaster exists in the County of DuPage.

DCHD Food Facility Guidelines
|Governor Pritzker has ordered all bars and restaurants in Illinois to close for on-site consumption through May 31, 2020. This order applies to all permitted DuPage County food service establishments.|
