The Family Support Program (FSP), formerly known as the Individual Care Grant program, provides access to intensive mental health services and supports to youth with severe emotional disturbances. The DuPage County Health Department is the FSP provider agency for youth residing in DuPage County. However, the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is the state agency responsible for the FSP.
