While participation in the pension program is noted, pension costs are not paid from employer to employee and thus are not required disclosure under the Act; however, if you are interested in more information about pension costs, please visit the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund website.

Similarly, health insurance benefits provided to employees are not paid directly from employer to employee and thus are not reported here; however if you are interested in more information about the health insurance costs, please see the 2018 Employee and Employer health plan contribution table available on the DuPage County Government website. Where “N/A” is denoted on this report, “N/A” indicates that the position is not eligible to accrue paid leave.

The Act requires that information on employee total compensation packages equal to or exceeding $150,000 per year must be posted at least six-days before approval. These will be posted here.
