Special Needs Advocacy Program (SNAP)

The Special Needs Advocacy Program (SNAP) is a partnership with the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, Department of Probation and Court Services. SNAP provides counseling, case management and psychiatric services to those who are required by probation to receive such services.

Our goal with the SNAP program is to provide a comprehensive approach to behavioral health needs for those on probation. We collaborate closely with probation officers to help people achieve successful completion of a probation term while stabilizing behavioral health symptoms.
