Client fees have recently increased due to rate adjustments set by Illinois HFS and CMS. All fees are subject to change.  If you are interested in being screened to determine your eligibility for benefits or other support,  please contact us at (630) 682-7400 press option 2 for scheduling and option 7 for benefiting.

Food/Pool Permit or Other Environmental Health Bills

To ensure fast processing, please have your invoice and/or account number available.

All fees are subject to change. Please note: electronic check payments will be charged a processing fee of $0.75 per transaction. Credit card transactions will be charged a processing fee of 2.25 percent or a $1 minimum charged by the State of Illinois’ processing company and is not collected by the DuPage County Health Department.

Pay in Person

Payments can be made at the Public Health Centers. We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.

Pay by Mail

Check and money order payments can be mailed to our billing office. Please include the top portion of the billing statement.
