Appointment Reminders
We strive to provide our clients with a best-in-class customer experience. When you schedule an appointment with DCHD we will send reminders for most scheduled appointments (Behavioral Health, WIC, Immunization, TB).
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at 630-682-7400 as soon as possible, at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. You may also cancel your appointment through our reminder messaging directly. If you are experiencing issues with the reminder feature or aren’t getting reminders for your appointments, please call our office and speak with an agent who can assist you.
