Attention All Food Facility Owners
Invoices will begin to be mailed out the week of March 21, 2022 and payments are due on or before April 30, 2022. Annual food permit certificates will be going out starting in mid-May. Please refer to your ePay receipt or bank statement for deposited checks as confirmation of payment received while waiting for your permit.
The DuPage County Health Department’s food program is responsible for permitting and regulating over 4,000 food service facilities operating in the County. Our goal is eliminating the risk factors that can cause foodborne illness through community education, industry cooperation and responsible regulation.

All Mobile Food Vendors
The Health Department will review your menu, food handling, and plan information submitted. If approved, an inspection of your truck or trailer can then be scheduled. A food permit will be issued after passing this inspection. Please check with the local/city authorities to ensure compliance with their regulations prior to operation.
