Outpatient Mental Health Counseling and Case Management
The DuPage County Health Department provides outpatient community mental health services to adults age 18 and older with mental illness and/or a history of a serious mental illness.
Any individual who needs help with mental illness and emotional difficulties and often finds it difficult to function in one or more critical life areas may be eligible for services or community referrals. These areas include:

Case Management and Community Support Services to help you connect to resources, including home and community visits when needed
The first step to receiving services is to contact Intake and Referral. The staff at Intake will do an initial screening to determine what services you qualify for and help connect you to those services. To schedule an intake appointment, please call 630-682-7400.
What is the cost for services?
Fees for outpatient mental health services are partially covered by Medicaid, Medicaid MCO's, or Medicare. A fee scale will be used based on individual circumstances, along with assistance to apply for benefits if uninsured. If you are assessed with a fee, please pay at time of service and at a minimum.
