Community Support Team (CST)
The Community Support Team (CST) provides service to individuals with mental health needs that respond to an assertive and intensive team-based approach.

Outpatient Counseling & Case Management
The DuPage County Health Department provides outpatient community mental health services to adults age 18 and older with mental illness and/or a history of a serious mental illness. Any individual who needs help with mental illness and emotional difficulties and often finds it difficult to function in one or more critical life areas (physical, emotional, social, work, family, financial, etc.) may be eligible for services or community referrals. Our counselors will meet with you to talk about your situation, determine eligibility and connect you to the services and community resources that may be helpful in meeting your needs.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services (Outpatient Plus Recovery Services) provide opportunities for adults with severe mental illness to learn skills to support living a meaningful, high-quality life.

Residential Services
DuPage County Health Department Residential Services assist adults living with severe mental illness in living as independently as possible in their community.

Substance Use Treatment
Our comprehensive behavioral health treatment programs provide options that focus on substance use treatment needs. Following a thorough substance use evaluation, we offer an outpatient and intensive outpatient program. Additionally, our Early Intervention program is offered for those who are required to attend classes following a DUI.

Forensic Behavioral Health
Our Forensic Behavioral Health treatment programs help those who may find themselves involved with the criminal justice system. Our goal is to provide the treatment needed to stabilize symptoms while also helping with the support often needed to decrease further involvement with the criminal justice system.
