Immunization Services

Immunization Services are offered at the CPHC (Wheaton), SEPHC (Westmont), and EPHC (Lombard) Offices.  Both childhood and adult immunizations are available for a fee.  In addition, childhood immunizations are avavilable for all children who do not have insurance, or have insurance that does not cover immunizations, through Vaccines for Children (VFC) program.  Questions about specific childhood or adult vaccines available or clinic schedules should be directed to the DCHD, as clinic times, vaccine availability, and supplies may vary.
