Immunization Services

Immunization Services are offered at the CPHC (Wheaton), SEPHC (Westmont), and EPHC (Lombard) Offices. Both childhood and adult immunizations are available for a fee. In addition, childhood immunizations are available for all children who do not have insurance, or have insurance that does not cover immunizations, through Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. Questions about specific childhood or adult vaccines available or clinic schedules should be directed to the DCHD, as clinic times, vaccine availability, and supplies may vary.

For further information or to schedule an appointment please call (630) 682-7400.

Many providers also offer physical exams and may require that your child become a regular patient in order to receive VFC vaccines from them. Please call the provider directly to determine if your child is eligible to receive the VFC vaccines at their location.
