Family Health

The broad goal of Community Health Services is to improve the health status of the community through the provision of services that support health (WIC and FCM); through partnerships with existing providers within the community, through the reduction/ elimination of barriers by linking residents with accessible care, or in very limited cases, through the provision of the health service to residents.  CHS views health from a holistic perspective so the services and education provided to the residents of DuPage County provide the necessary education and support to achieve a healthier DuPage County.
