Well and Septic Surveys

Well and septic surveys are not required by the DuPage County Health Department for the sale or refinancing of a home. In the event that such a survey is needed for a property transaction, we can perform this service. A written request can be submitted to this Department along with payment of the appropriate fee. The average length of time for the process, which includes research, the inspection and the completion of the report is 2-3 weeks.
