"Smoke Free Solutions"

This is an adult quit smoking clinic, based on the American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking program. This program is facilitated by a trained Health Educator. It includes such topics as tobacco dependance, habits, triggers, planning ahead, quitting and maintaining a smoke-free lifestyle. Nicotine Replacement Therapy (the patch, gum or lozenge) will be available to participants ages 18 and over.

Smoke Free Solutions is a six-week, seven session program. Classes are free to Dupage County residents. Hurry - class size is limited to 20 people.
