The screenings are for children age 3 through high school
students. There is a $4 fee for each initial vision and each initial hearing
screening. There is no charge for rescreening.

Office appointments in Wheaton will be located on 1st floor
CPHC clinic area room 175 or 176. Appointments begin at 8:45AM
with the last appointment at 2:30PM; the evening appointments
begin at 1PM, last appointment at 6:15PM; EPHC’s evening appointments
will begin at 1:30 PM, last appointment at 6:30 PM.
