Immunization Clinics

The DuPage County Health Department offers all required childhood immunizations at immunization clinics. Immunizations are also available for adults that provide protection against Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, meningitis, influenza, and pneumonia.

All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents should bring all records of previous immunizations, including tetanus immunizations given on an emergency basis. A fee is required per immunization. Fees vary and are subject to change.  Families participating in Medicaid should bring their Medicaid cards. No one will be denied immunizations from the Vaccines for Children program for inability to pay the fee.

All Immunization Clinics are by appointment. Call 1-630-682-7400 for clinic information or to schedule an appointment.

The locations of the clinics are:
  • East Public Health Center, 1111 E. Jackson Street, Lombard
  • Southeast Public Health Center, 422 N. Cass Avenue, Westmont
  • West Public Health Center, 111 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton

Health officials recommend that children receive all immunizations that protect them against diphtheria, tetanus (lockjaw), pertussis (whooping cough), polio, measles, mumps, rubella, haemophilus flu, Varicella (chickenpox), Hepatitis A, pneumococcal disease and hepatitis B before their second birthday. Full immunizations are required for children entering kindergarten.
