Population Health Unit

The Population Health Unit is responsible for analyzing and reporting on health factors and outcomes to identify health needs and priorities of DuPage County residents.  The Unit supports initiatives developed by the DuPage County Health Department to reduce health disparities and improve population health outcomes.

The core functions of the Population Health Unit include:

1. Analyzing and/or reporting on population health-related data, including demographics and vital statistics.
2. Monitoring the Health Department's progress towards achieving the goals outlined in the Community Health Improvement Plan.
3. Providing support to staff and community members by responding to requests for data, statistics, and other public health information.
4. Conducting survey research.
