Parenting is difficult; Health Department can help

DUPAGE COUNTY--The DuPage County Health Department is sponsoring a three-session parenting class on three Thursday nights in July in Westmont.
The evening classes cover many of the challenges of being parents, including discipline, routines to make life easier, childproofing the home and suggestions for parents to take care of themselves.
The classes are scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. on July 15, July 22 and July 29 at the health department’s Public Health Center, 422 North Cass Ave., Westmont.
