DuPage County Health Department moves West Chicago services to new location on Roosevelt Road

Community Health Services joins Mental Health Services in same office center

The DuPage County Health Department is moving its services to the West Chicago community to a new location at 245 W. Roosevelt Road, Building 14, Unit 148. This change is effective March 1.

The services being moved are part of the health department’s Community Health Services unit. The health department also offers a variety of mental health services from a nearby building in the same office complex through its Mental Health Services unit.

The health department has served the West Chicago community for six years. The number of clients served has grown each year. Programs include Women, Infants and Children (WIC), Family Case Management, Family Planning and Public Health Nursing.

The health department has been notifying clients, as well as partner agencies, with a map of the new location and a telephone guide with new numbers.

The new phone number for WIC is (630) 221-3540. The new phone number for other services is (630) 221-3555. The new location is called Bowling Green Office Center.

Additional health services from other providers located in the same office center include the Illinois Department of Public Health Department’s West Chicago branch and soon the West Chicago Family Health Center.
