Instructions for
Application for Employment:
- Interested applicants may submit a cover letter, resume
and/or an employment application via mail, fax or email.
- Applicants may apply for up to three (3) positions.
Should you choose to apply for an additional position, you
will need to remove one of your three original choices.
Please note that it is not necessary to complete another
application in order to change positions applied for.
- Applications submitted with the Health Department, will
remain in our “active” files for a period of six (6) months.
If you choose to update after six (6) months, you may
contact Human Resources via phone or email and do not need
to send in another application.
- Please attach to your email only as Word 97 - 2003
compatible .doc or Adobe .pdf file formats. You may
attach both when sending the
downloadable employment application along with your
resume.
