Environmental Health Program Fees

These fees are adjusted annually, based on the Consumer Price Index, effective 12-1-2017.

 

Late fees:

  • Add 25% for an annual permit or license fee that has not been paid by the expiration date.
  • Add 25% for temporary food service permits that are not obtained at least 10 days before the event start date.

Annual Food Service Sanitation Permit Fees

  • Risk Type 3: $233 (Late Fee: $58.25)
  • Risk Type 2: $519 (Late Fee: $129.75)
  • Risk Type 1: $830 (Late Fee: $207.5)
  • Seasonal Food six months, or less, Annual Category 1, 2 or 3: $233 (Late Fee: $58.25)
  • Milk Only permits - Schools: $78 (Late Fee: $19.5)
  • Food Establishment Follow-up Inspection: $52

Annual Mobile Vendor Permit

  • Risk Type 1A: $155 (Late Fee: $38.75)
  • Risk Type 2A: $337 (Late Fee: $84.25)
  • Risk Type 3A: $415 (Late Fee: $103.75)

Temporary Food Permits

  • Risk Type 1B: $62 (Late Fee: $15.5)
  • Risk Type 2B: $125 (Late Fee: $31.25)
  • Risk Type 3B: $202 (Late Fee: $50.5)

Multi Location Temporary Food Vendor

  • Low Risk: $285 (Late Fee: $71.25)
  • Medium Risk: $519 (Late Fee: $129.75)
  • High Risk: $908 (Late Fee: $227)

Market Vendor Permit Fees

  • All-season 3 or more locations: $389 (Late Fee: $97.25)
  • The vendor may alternatively pay multiple Temporary Food Permit fees, whichever is less.  

Plan Review Service Fees

  • Type III Plan Review: $830
  • Type II Plan Review: $519
  • Type 1 Plan Review: $207
  • Priority Plan Review: $830
  • Plan Review Resubmittal (3rd and subsequent): $260
  • Conditional Permit: $218
  • Food Service Consultation Inspection: $215
  • Reopening inspection of closed facility due to enforcement action: $202

Spa Pools, Swimming Pools & Water Slide Fees

  • Annual Spa, Pool or Water Slide Permit: $265 (Late Fee: $66.25)
  • Annual public swimming pool and Bathing Beach Permit: $265 (Late Fee: $66.25)
  • Conditional Permit Swimming Facility: $218 (Late Fee: $54.5)

Well & Septic Permit App Fees

  • New Water Well Permit Application: $285
